- Quality: Installation of roofing materials is the most important part of the process. Roofing
materials will be applied exact to the application procedures outlined by the roofing manufacturers packaging. All nails
will be properly located on each and every shingle to ensure holding strength. Following manufacturers specifications
ensures that your roof will last as long as possible and that the shingle manufacturers warranty will cover for the entire
length of the warranty period. Faulty installation means that your manufacturers warranty will not be valid.
- Tear Off: Our workforce will move any and all lawn decorations to ensure that they don't get
damaged or broken. We place tarps to cover areas where debris may fall during the tear off process. This ensures
that nails, felt and debris are completly cleaned up after completion of the roof. This protects surfaces such as driveways
and sidewalks from damage. Placing tarps also prevents nails and staples from being left in your yard where children,
pets or adults could become injured. We run large magnets over the yard and landscaped areas to find any remaining nails.
We pride ourselves on finding all pieces from the old roof and leaving a very clean property before we leave the property.
After we tear off the old shingles and felt from an area we clean out the gutters by hand. Then upon completion of the
installation of the roofing materials, we use a blower to clean your gutters completely squeaky clean of all remaining debris
and roof granules.
- Materials: We offer top quality roofing materials. With 20 years in the industry we
keep up with what products offer you the best quality, long lasting roof available. We don't cut corners to make a buck.
We want your roof to last as long as possible.
- Removal of nails and staples from roofing surface. We pull all nails and staples from the
plywood or roofing surface. Why is this important? We are one of the few companies that still do this. This
leaves a clean, nearly new surface to adhere the new roof to. With many roofing companies, nails and staples are driven
back down and left in the plywood or pressed board, they can eventually work their way back through your new shingles.
This process can occur in as little as a few years, destroying your shingles and causing roof leaks. The thing is by
the time this occurs, the warranty has run out that the roofing company gives, so you are left with the damage, the repairs,
and likely the cost of replacing the entire roof again.

- Insured: We are covered with Liability Insurance and Workman's Compensation Insurance.
Workman's Compensation Insurance is required by law in this state. But many companies do not carry work comp,
which means that you as the homeowner become responsible if any injuries occur on your property. Always make sure
that anyone working on your property is properly insured, don't just take their word for it, ask for proof.
